Exchange Policy

Our Exchange Policy is simple and hassle-free.

• Please send the product back via any courier service, in new/unused condition.
• Re-use our original flyer or any other good quality shopping bag at home to pack the product. Do not use the courier's flyer, as they will charge you extra for it.
• Please write what you want exchanged on the back of the invoice.
• We will process the exchange right away and send it back to you.
• If there is any confusion, our representative will call you.

• Please write your account details on the back of the invoice.
• We will refund the invoice amount to you within 5 working days.

NOTE: Refund/Exchange will only be given if you have a Parcel Opening video, so kindly make sure to record it while unboxing.
